• Additional revisions will incur extra fees.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the digital/custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

• No refunds or exchanges will be given unless the product is defective.

• Cancellations must be requested within within 24 hours of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

• You are granted a license to use the purchased design for personal/commercial use.

• You do not own the copyright to the design unless explicitly stated in writing.

7. File Delivery

• Files will be delivered via email/download link/cloud drive upon completion.

• It is your responsibility to download and back up your files.

8. Client Responsibility

• You agree to provide accurate and timely feedback/information upon reqest.

• Delays in communication may affect turnaround times.
